How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development takes 3–7 days after the project brief is confirmed. The schedule for a specific request will be agreed with our team.
What should I include in a sample request?
Please share the target application, capsule format, flavor and cooling direction, diameter, color and estimated quantity. A catalogue item number is helpful when you have already selected a product.
Can the capsule size and crush response be adjusted?
Diameter and crush response are among the technical variables discussed during development. Final fit and acceptance criteria are confirmed through sampling.
When can a bulk order be delivered?
We agree the production and delivery schedule after confirming specifications, packaging and order volume.
